Simply leave your email address, first and last name, (optional telephone number and address), and your wish list for a home, condo, or investment property.
Within 24 hours you will receive by email your first group of MLS listings that match your criteria. This report will include photos, links to virtual tours, and Street Mapping to show you where each home is located.
Email your questions, comments, or feedback on specific properties to rick@rjdavid.com (or 'click' on the link below) and your automatic searches will be refined so that you only receive appropriate listings from that point on.
PERSONALIZED PREVIEWS -- Should you find your perfect home within the listings, please contact Sara or me and we will personally preview the home for you and give you first hand feedback. Photos of the area surrounding the property will be sent to you via email, along with seller approved interior shots of the home.
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE -- If you are relocating to a new home in the west of Toronto, please download any of the information on our web site and feel free to address any question about schools, shopping, job hunting or business opportunities to rick@rjdavid.com (or 'click' on the link below) and we will try to respond to your questions within 48 hours.
NO ANNOYING PHONE CALLS -- Contact me by phone when you are ready to take the next step and begin a personal dialog. This should be within weeks of your visit to the area so that we may plan your orientation and showing agenda. Be advised that properly priced homes are selling within 4-6 weeks so don't get your heart set on a particular property if you won't be buying for another few months or a year.
